Pakistan-US diplomatic palpitations

Beyond decades of fluctuating diplomatic upheavals to the recent bilateral dialogues between both of the states, have always remained question marks for global strategizers. A resourceful but politically high-jacked country with fragile democratic aristocrats, I always describe this class as autocrats, which persistently mortgaged the national interest but to secure their vested interests. Lacking for self-reliant and independent foreign policy has always remained a dilemma of Pakistan. And opportunists have always defiled this weakness to impregnate their own motives.

Beyond peeping into the past, let me analyze the ongoing social discomfort starting from Raymond Davis, a CIA operative accused of murder in Lahore, to continuous drone attacks and then killing of Bin Laden in Abotabad. In such circumstances, the question is:

                                     where the state sovereignty does stand for?   

According to the congress of Vienna, League of Nations and then United nations, state sovereignty is esteem anyway. It can only be forfeited on humanitarian grounds. If it is so, what is the point that US has violated the international law of sovereign states without any excuse. It has not only repeatedly violated the international law but also severally tried to intervene the internal affairs of Pakistan. The most recent example  is the US resolution of Balochistan. In all that context, the questions arise

                                                 where the state sovereignty does stand for?

And

how can we resume Pak-US relations?
